Morgan Stanley recognizes the significant value of deepening our relationships with clients through comprehensive retirement goal planning. However, we identified a critical challenge: Financial Advisors (FAs) were dedicating excessive time to the gathering and maintenance of client plan data. This inefficiency not only strained resources but also limited our ability to provide the level of service and engagement that our clients deserve.
We set out to create a tool to:
Enhance client engagement: We wanted to empower clients to take an active role in shaping their financial futures, strengthening their connection to our firm.
Improve plan accuracy: We wanted to ensure that retirement plans are based on the most up-to-date and accurate data, enhancing the quality of our services and the confidence of our clients.
Enhance firm competitiveness: We wanted to offer a cutting-edge, client-centric retirement planning solution that would distinguish our firm in the market and attract new clients seeking financial planning.
Optimize FA time allocation: We wanted to free up FAs from data entering tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value activities, such as personalized client guidance and relationship building.
